All licensees of Dattaca receive pay-for-use support automatically. You can call us for support at any time, and you only pay for the support time you ask for. When you sign up for an annual support contract, you get a block of support hours that you can use during the year. Your service calls get higher priority. You also get a rate discount on support hours over and above the contract package hours, and you get a discount on upgrades. Customization Your business is unique. No off-the-shelf freight management software will meet all its requirements. We'll add and modify functions to suit your particular needs. Consulting Need help in other information technology implementation along with the deployment of Dattaca? We'll take care of you.
